Refund Policy

Any purchase made will automatically qualify for our 30 Day Refund Guarantee. Items must be in the original packaging or packaging of similar standard, unused and in the same condition as sent out, any security tags still attached and within 30 days of delivery. You will need to pay for return postage costs. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the purchaser/cardholder.

If a product becomes defective after use we will offer troubleshooting and support with any issue you may have with the product. In line with current U.K. legislation, it is our policy to either replace or repair any item or part which has become faulty after use and within twelve months of purchase.
