Shipping Policy
Normal Delivery Services
All items are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday by Royal Mail or DPD, once payment has cleared.
Most orders placed in the morning are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later in the day will typically be sent the next working day (Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing and courier hand-off, though we aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.
99p Standard UK Delivery*
We typically use Royal Mail Tracked 48, which includes end-to-end tracking and usually delivers within 2–3 working days. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 5 working days (Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
No matter how many products you order at once, Standard UK delivery is £0.99.
UK Next Day Delivery*
We typically use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day, which includes end-to-end tracking and aims to deliver parcels the next working day within the UK (Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Order before 2pm for next day delivery. A small fee of £4.99 is levied for next day delivery. Additional items are free.
Delivery is typically within 24 hours in the majority of cases but on rare occasions may take up to 1-2 working days. (Excluding Sundays and Bank holidays). Please note, this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service.
There may be some remote areas where our couriers are unable to guarantee delivery within 24 hours.
This is a Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm service, guaranteed by 1pm the next working day from Tuesday to Saturday.
To qualify for guaranteed next day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm. A fee of £16.99 is levied for special delivery. Additional items are free.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or any time on Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday, with delivery guaranteed by 1pm on Tuesday.
The warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays, so all orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
The maximum weight limit for this service is 20 kg. Large orders containing multiple items may exceed this limit and therefore may not be eligible for Special Delivery by 1pm. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange the most suitable alternative shipping method.
European Delivery
Delivery to Europe is not available from this website. However, you can purchase our products from The Real Handbag Shop on Amazon France, Amazon Germany, Amazon Spain and Amazon Italy for delivery throughout Europe (subject to availability).

Please enter your delivery address carefully as we will be unable to dispatch items where part of the address is missing or incorrect.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is subsequently delivered to that address, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. Responsibility for providing the correct delivery details lies with the customer.
We are unable to send orders to PO Boxes as a signature is always required.
We are unable to send orders to BFPO addresses.
